My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Toronto Downtown had its ups and downs. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the vibrant downtown area. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room left a lot to be desired. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the overall experience felt lackluster compared to what I expected for the price point.
